Upon entry into the main level, guests will take note of the spacious open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. One gaze out of the windows, and guests can observe the natural beauty of the surrounding tree-lined forest. The expansive floor plan offers more than enough room for seven residents with an oversized leather couch and accompanying love seat. The sofa faces the cozy fireplace and HDTV, offering a wonderful location to gather with friends and family members to enjoy the holidays. Decorated with well-appointed furnishings that distinctly represent elements of Colorado's ski history, this townhome is the epitome of a mountain house vacation rental. In the adjoining dining area, guests will find a formal table with seating for eight, and an additional breakfast bar that seats four. For those that want to whip up a holiday meal, the kitchen comes equipped with newer appliances and granite countertops. A ground level patio is located off of the living room for those who want to step outside to enjoy the serenity of East Keystone.

The master bathroom offers a jetted bathtub and steam shower that will leave you wanting to return home after a day on the slopes. The guest bedroom features vaulted ceilings and a wall-sized window offering a large amount of natural light to illuminate your private residence. Bedding consists of a queen bed and an adjacent flatscreen tv. The third bedroom offers cozy log captains bunks and a rocking chair, perfect for the younger guests traveling along with you. Although Ski Tip Townhome is just outside of River Run Village, there is no need for a vehicle to get you in and around town. Avoid paying for parking, leave your car inside of your private garage, and enjoy using the complimentary shuttle during your stay! The Keystone Resort shuttle comes by every ten to fifteen minutes and will take guests right into River Run Village, Lakeside Village, and the Mountain House Base Area. This resort shuttle can also take guests to many nearby activities including hockey, sleigh rides, paddle boating, canoeing and golf. During the summer, opt for the bike bath on the north side of the complex, just across Montezuma Road which will take you throughout Summit County. Guests of Ski Tip Townhomes have the luxury of using the fenced hot tubs which provide a sense of privacy, yet still offer exceptional views. Guests also have access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool and exercise facilities during their stay at this townhome.

Along with easy access to the ski lifts via shuttle, you are just three quarters of a mile from Keystone Resort's village action. Take a short walk or bike ride to find shopping, restaurants, ski rentals and nightlife year-round. In summer, the village comes alive with concerts, art fairs, wine tastings and the very popular beer and bluegrass festival.
